User Submitted: Add Email Category. With Option to Save Email Templates.
"Any way you guys can add an email category as well. This way we could save emails into our profile and send them out after the call, as a follow up. There are no emails on leads provided, but if I wanted to import the current prospects that I have, which I have emails addresses for, I would want to email them after I spoke with them or left a message. This way I can send them the link to my site or a video or two to help persuade them into buying from me. If I could do this… more

Make it easy to send a quick email
No templates needed, just have the email call result button pop up an email window. Default the to email address if it exists on the lead in OneLead.

Need an easy way to add a lead from my phone or outlook contacts into OneLead
I have a bunch of contacts in my phone, and in my outlook contacts, and sometimes I'd like to add one to onelead to help me manage my followups. It would be great to have an easy button to pull a lead into onelead.

Pre-Recorded Voice Message
Just an idea, but how about a pre-recorded voice message option. This way we could pre-record a voice messages, and if the prospect does not pick up. Simply tap the button to leave the pre-recorded voice mail. Otherwise you can leave a live one. I know that I tend to leave the same message on new prospects phones. Multitasking past this point would be great as well, if I could be doing something else or moving on to the next call that is ideal.

For GEO, if GPS is blocked - should OneLead ask for a Zipcode or City,State ?
If a user's browser (Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc) blocks location tracking, OneLead will ask where to point the GEO lead map. Is it easier to ask for a zip code or a city,state?

Any way to get OneLead and Salesforce or other CRMS to API sync?
Once we get the appointment, we use salesforce to manage the sale, deal with orders. Is there any way to API synch these two?
We are changing CRMS in the near future.1 vote
